Banksias are best known for their unique elongated flower spikes. As the flower spikes dry up and fall away their remarkable, eye catching woody cones are revealed. The warm browns and cool greys and scratchy pencil strokes give the Banksia Cone print a rough, textural form that evokes the uniqueness of this country we live in.
 
The artist, Rebecca Garfield, hand signs each Giclée print. The artwork is printed on matte archival 310gsm cotton rag paper that possesses the unique texture and warm white tone of traditional watercolour paper. UV resistant Epson HD pigment inks are used to print the artwork enabling outstanding detail and colour that ensures reproductions look and feel exactly like the original.
