With their brilliant red, sculptural flowers and central glossy, black ‘boss’, the Sturt Desert Pea is possibly Australia’s most famous wildflower. It was adopted as the state flower of South Australia in 1961.
The Sturt Desert Pea print is a beautiful piece of Australiana that will brighten any room.
The artist, Rebecca Garfield, hand signs each Giclée print. The artwork is printed on matte archival 310gsm cotton rag paper that possesses the unique texture and warm white tone of traditional watercolour paper. UV resistant Epson HD pigment inks are used to print the artwork enabling outstanding detail and colour that ensures reproductions look and feel exactly like the original.
